    fair play smaller dogs on right used to see alot of that type when kid in dorset,i think most cottages or farms had one ,dont see them so much now.

    im wanting to rent bit of land for an allotment and poultry pen. just wondering what sort of prices etc people pay. missus is on allotment waiting list but will probably be retired before one comes up and then it will be a 1/4 plot most likely. also on the landshare thingy but all available local plots ,seems like people haved moved or changed minds an not deleted their posts its so infuriating.

    prices were high at auctions apperently, though sedgemoor had alot of ill looking birds according to another forums member. i suppose that means price of birds will go up im hoping to get a couple birds for home and looking for small bit of land for allotment an poultry pen on.

    Been scouring the net looking at chickens,and there seems to be a lack of pol.Apart from hybrid layers. Has the weather made it too early for them to be readily available. Also I have noticed several breeders have seemingly closed shop with websites down,and I think two have stated they are stopping and sold off stock.

    Be carefully putting weeds in as you can end up transferring them or their seeds to the ground you compost. I use grass clippings veg waste unwanted soil and bit of manure.
