  5. Very true mate, seen two, one in broard daylight side on,100 yds away, near a busy main road at around 3pm on a clear summers day, and watched one through rifle scope one night, sat there and watched for a min or so then slunk off, but saw the long sweeping tail and low type slinking movement as it moved off, also evidence of clear pad marks around two different sheep kills in the last 5 years, lots of people will not belive it unless they see it themselves, but i know what i have seen, and know genuine others who have similar accounts. Cheers.

  8. Sorry to hear about you losing your dog, sounds like a right t##t who didn't inform you of the dangers before slipping, dont give up, get another pup in when you feel ready, chin up, lifes tough, but dont give in, all the best.
  9. fair play, hope it works out for you mate, if not, drop me a pm, atb.
  10. Hi, firstly i'd recomend you apply for a larger rifle. .243 or one of the .22 centrefires, and also snaring, one of the best tools for serious fox control, as another member said, they are on duty 24/7, very useful, but perhaps not best suited to your situation at the moment if you cannot get there daily to check them as required by law, hope this is of some help, cheers.
  11. mmm, think that is a little bit of a big claim to make, i appreciate all kinds of running dogs, but theres some work, pre ban, that the bull x was bred for,ie fox, with the drive, stamina, tenacity, pain threshold, thats bred into the well bred, tested dogs/lines etc. The x you mentioned would very much struggle with that type of heavy work load, but then the bull x dog could be lamping bunnys the next night after foxing, very versatile x the bull x's,not knocking the other x's, just my opinion, .
  12. Sound a pair of handy dogs mate!, a mate runs a bed/whip/grey, 22ths, very versatile fast dog, good pot filler. Good luck with what you decide!
  13. I could never get on with cci, out of my brno i just stay with good old super x, work for me, cheers.

That would make for some good watching im sure, still can't get over how crap there so called 'pig' dogs are though, and when they lost that one pig in the brush for f##ks sake, it was tiny!! BUT was hi
  16. Watched the last couple of episodes and to be honest, calling themselves 'professionals'?! F##kin joke! Shite dogs, if they had been doing it as long as they say they have, why then haven't they got there own line of pig dogs? Then going to buy in rubbish from some breeder! Girls were not bad, deffo watched those b##bs more than the hunting though!!, lol!!
