    A rodent that weighs a few ounce against a terrier that is capable of punching far,far,far above a terriers weight,as they are often expected to do,yep a lightweight rodent is the test of many a second rate terrier and comes far,far,far easier to any half decent terrier,seriously an 8 ounce rodent is supposed to be a tester for a terrier?. So is ratting something else you havn't done .Rats in number are a test for any dog ,any breed .ill pm you next shed that comes up and you bring your pack for a try .No hard feelings ,clean slate just hunting .

    Anyone who's done a full day on a quad will appreciate there's a level of fitness involved in that alone .You can keep your yomping to a spot when I can drive right up to it ,and the next ,and so on whilst your weary legs have had enough lol. I don't believe for minute the terrain isn't conducive ,just that us English are more advanced in our approach than some Irish lads . At your age Neil ,you should invest in a quad ,might get you out more and off here ,lol.

    Most rooms will be heated properly with a 4KW burner. DIY installation can be done but through a building notice via building control .Failure to notify can result in prosecution.Thatched houses require spark arrester as legal requirement and a minimum chimney height .Twin walled kits for external venting are used where chimney or lack of one is not suitabld for liner .

    As someone who uses a knife regular I've never treated a blade in my life and find this all a bit strange tbh .Wash it ,dry it, sheath it, use it .Field gralloching a deer ,wiping it in the grass ,sheath it ,wash it when I get home ,been doing it for years with never a blemish on the steel . Personally i like to stick to the one knife ,use it abuse it ,lose it then buy another .

    Regs is not only about red tape .It's the house owners guarantee the work is carried out to spec and the builders guarantee he's doing it right .Building control oversee every construction step .

    Right ... internal support work .Do you have any building regs over there mate . Will they not allow a pillar built under the existing beam without all the support extras needed.

    Here rsj is only needed to support clear span ,an opening . If the windows are staying put then concrete lintels are the answer ,cheap as chips here, 20 notes each tops

    Regardless of what its carrying above mate the steel will be the same gauge. It's done on the width ,span .They will weigh approx 190 kg each .
