    Agreed mate .Gave up on shows 10 years back .I agree the names don’t matter but as a generalisation ,most types go back to the names if traced far enough .The only reason I describe mine as big name crosses is for want of another name to call it and the fact they were sourced direct if not very close to the root . Glad to hear you are still at it ,my back won’t allow a full day anymore but the mind is still willing .Got two here that will be my last as it ain’t fair on them not getting the graft they are bred for .

    Take some advice mate .The axium is perfect on paper but the battery life is rubbish ,maybe 2 1/2 hours at best on constant . The 38 will last all night and next day on constant with much better field of view .Like anything in this world ,you get what you pay for . They basically all do the same mate ,picking up a heat source but identification is everything when it matters.The axium has a higher mag than most set at 5x I believe which is too much for medium range spotting and tends to blur stuff out rather than give a crisp image .The 38 is 3x and the 50 1.5 x if I’m right .Lower th

    Trouble started when we pandered to their ideals and set them up here as if it were a posh home from home .I’d start by levelling every single mosque ,no ifs buts or maybes and see who wants to stay here for the good of Britain and not just a huge upgrade from their own shit holes from whence they spawned .     I’ve used the axiom ,17,23,38 and 50 and the xq38 f is by far the Best Buy for the money and results .Axium battery life is very poor ,17,23 discontinued and the 50 too much money for a minimal upgrade from 38 .Pm Ian off here ,he will do you a deal .

    You need to roll treats down the hole to get the things to enter ,least that what I’ve found .When they out of sight ,dig like crazy in case they run out of treats and then top up as required .Soft soothing music played on your phone will send them to sleep and you can have a lie down in preparation for the encouraging out with a leg of chicken which never ends well .Forget Foxes ,it becomes an addiction ,far better to pretend and go through the motions so you can pass the dog on with a clear conscience that you won’t be getting another lad addicted to digging foxes .
