    Agree with all the above mate ??I have long term rental properties which I’m very lucky with tenants .The rental isn’t as good as say 5 years ago but steady income is income looking forward with nothing more than 3 monthly inspections by a 3rd party .

    I’d say we are busier here in Wilts than we’ve been for 3 years .Just got plans for 4 more extensions including one that went back to tender because of price hikes . Getting work is the easy bit ,it’s keeping pace with the material increases that’s the problem . Timber has just gone up again as well as concrete blocks and bricks .Aggregate seems stable but how much longer with fuel creeping up I don’t know .I used to honour quotes for 3 months price wise but nowadays it’s 1 month so if a customer confirms now ,they need to have everything in position for a start by end of month or
