We go back a fair while with our discussions, but you were 100% against evolution, but now you agree with me that all primates have a common evolutionary ancestry.     Francie , why couldn’t your omnipotent god just have pointed his finger and said let it be done and non living material become living ? After all he supposedly did it with clay , in the bible, so why not at the beginning ? I don’t know the answers, but the breathing life into clay seems less likely than a god who planned it from the very beginning and saw evolution as the way forward. Cheers.

    Mush,I never realised you were a maths graduate, but you know when you’re doing calculations in your head and prime numbers are red, and Fibonacci numbers are blue and numbers that are both prime and Fibonacci are purple, and your trying to plot a graph , do you ever get confused ? Then you’ve got Algebra, and they throw in Boolean Algebra ! How confusing is that ????? Just having a laugh mate ! Cheers.

    I was talking basics. I remember buying Hawkins book Brief History of Time, and struggled with some of it. Then he brought out An Illustrated Breif History of Time for dullards like me so I got that. All I learned was I bought two books to not understand the same things ! LOL ! Cheers.

    There’s four known forces, gravity , electromagnetic, strong nuclear and weak nuclear. GUT , ( great unifying theory, ), unifies Electromagnetic, strong and weak nuclear forces. TOE, ( the theory of everything ) is attempting to unify all four forces, but cannot reconcile gravity with the other three. Basic physics.
