Now I’m no pal of MB, but who said it was a 1/4 grown leveret and the bitch pulled up ? Someone said one of the hares MAY have been a leveret, nobody mentioned 1/4 grown. And Kat was a very good bitch and I’ve never heard of it pulling up. As I said, I’m no pal of Marks, but his dogs are always in top nick and he went anywhere for a run. Thats what happens after these comps; years later lies and rumours are propagated by hearsay. I cant believe I’m sticking up for Mark ! LOL !, but I do like the truth . Cheers.

I’ve walked out with plenty in my time. Never cocked in my life, I’ve jumped on planes and travelled round the world to meet new friends and run dogs, but let’s be honest, this will never come off, and if it did , it would just lead to animosity and recriminations, I’ve seen it all before, but as I said , good luck to you all if it happens. LDR and myself ran the two Hunting Life Lamping Competitions and I consider them a great success, but the abuse we got from people who either didn’t have a good enough dog to enter or were simply afraid to enter, left a sour taste in my mouth. So, I’ll pass; been there, done that and got the mental scars. Ive seen the nonsense that went on with MB and Miles, so , I wish you who do give it a go all the best, but I’ll just be an interested bystander, thanks. Cheers.

Trumps just told the world he hates the EU, and it’s personal; the Irish gave him planning permission to extend his resort in Ireland but the EU said it would take them SEVEN YEARS to allow it ! I think he holds a grudge ! LOL ! Cheers.

Home made compost in a raised onion bed. 140 onion sets just planted ; compost bins full of chicken, pheasant, duck, partridge carcasses , fish heads and bones, vegetable peelings, grass cuttings, egg shells , poultry guano, etc, and left for four or five years for the worms to do their work. I look forward to giving you periodic updates as to the progress of the onions ! Cheers.

As far as I can ascertain, if you enter this country without the correct visa or permission, be that by plane, in the back of a lorry or by small boat, you are illegal. I get huge bags of soil conditioner from my local council depot. It’s garden and parks waste that is heated to a high degree and is completely sterile. It has no nutritional value, but when added to raised beds, it make the soil more friable and promotes vigorous root growth . I love this site ! Where else could you start talking about Londonon coursing and end up talking about friable loam ? LOL ! Cheers.

Did Farage “milk” any more or less than all the other troughers in the EU ? Did he get more than “commissioners” like Mandelson, Patten, the Kinnocks and their sons wife ? In my mind, he did the job I wanted him to do in the EU and eventually got us out, unlike others who would have liked to stay in and keep “milking” it until they died. Hate him….
