    I cant imagine why anybody would put up with a bitch that sulked when they were in heat. In my opinion a dog that sulks for any reason is pretty much a cull.

    Romanticizing the sighthound breeds by calling them "some of the oldest" breeds does not mean they are healthy. The greyhound of today is in no way shape or form the same as the greyhound of the early 1900s let alone the greyhound of four or five hundred years ago. The greyhound of today is a specialized racing dog, nothing more nothing less. They are no different per say than the throroughbred race horse. They may be fast but they are not always "healthy".     Yes the low body fat is also an issue but what I'm tryin to say is that perfectly healthy dogs dont react bad to any of these very safe drugs. Alot of breeds just aint healthy cuz of our(human beings as a whole) manipulation and perverse breeding practices.

    Sorry, I mean she. I didnt realize shazza was a lady. Shazza, some greyhounds respond negatively to ACE cuz greyhounds overall are a shade bit more susceptible to having epilepsy of some sort or another. Not all greyhounds are like this though but because vets get lawsuits slapped on them for malpractice just like regular people doctors they error on the side of caution and justifiably so.

    That's cuz it's almost impossible to kill them with it. There is no other drug out there that is safer than fenbendazole for worming.

    It's Ivermectin that they suggest not giving to "collies". But then again, what's a collie. I've givin it to collie blooded type dogs and never seen an ounce of trouble.

    Fenbendazole is just about the safest wormer there is so I doubt if Panacur would hurt a pup unless you got silly and dosed them at about 100x the rate.

    ive never had a collie x and this 3/4 grey x 1/4 german shep is not too bad but has its faults ,she excells in hare and rabbit ,had the odd roe but does not like ginger ones ive entered her slowly but when doubled up on ginger the other dog nailed her so put her off in general ok for what i req but wanted her to do the full works but hey we all cant have world beaters all this is pre ban of course HONEST ANSWER ,FAIR PLAY Yes sir! Gotta like folks like that.
