Go find yourself a nice rough coated lampin dog that stands about 23" and give it a whirl. It dont matter what his so called percentages are. Use about a 23" rough coated lampin dog that does good and you should get what you want.

I've seen a big black lab tackle a coyote by himself off the back of my buddy's 4 wheeler and hold it til two other curs got there and they kilt it. I've also seen a big leggy yella lab run down a fox in less than a mile and kill it by himself. I'd actually say it werent hardly over a half mile but it was in snow. I seen a big black lab/cur cross pull a coon out a hole several times and shake the life out of it post haste. At the same time I seen a pitbullxcollie/airedale bitch last year sing like a little birdy after only a few coon.

Over here no matter what kinda dog you are hunting we try to keep it hunting dog bred to hunting dog. Aint sayin we doin it right but it works for me. -
Be fun dogs to fool around with but I wouldnt give anything for them.

I've only had two that I can remember. I cut them and had no issues. Well I banded one and it work damn good actually. Still no issues at all, he was rough til the end. I just knew I werent gonna breed the one ever and wasnt gonna breed the other one anymore.

I cant answer that question cuz there is no answer. You go until you get a good one that suits you. I dont want the best out of a dog, I want the best dog and wont settle for anything less. I'd be emberassed if I carried some of the trash most do.

Well then like you always say, go do it on the greyhound or race horse track there Mr. High Level. And dont start this shit about it being two different things cuz you know it aint. High level is high level no matter what game you are playing. You cannot consider young, dumb and lucky or old and washed up "high level". Cant wait til the day somebody shows me high level for more than two years with any dog of any breed.
