    Was a nice sight to see when we came home yesterday from a week break away to another nest full of young. A would say the four chicks are two days old , an looking very healthy all the crops full. Plus the pair of Mexicans that I've paired up to use as feeders are with two eggs , so the hen must of begun laying Thursday Friday. All my other young are in good health too managed to ring the first pair of timbrados yesterday afternoon. Amazing how quick they grow with not seeing them for a week.

    She goes where she wants mate we wasnt out working this morning just a walk down costal path near caravan. She's using that nose all the time great little sents dog I've always loved the Russells . That earth was just off the golf course near Flamborough light house , the photos dont do it justice its a big earth well kicked out. She loves the sent of deer must be strong sent because that's the third time she's flushed them out of Woodlands. Nice strong buck that looked healthy

    You've got plenty of time to do it mate canaries will breed all the way upto when clocks change back to darker nights. Just put them in a breeder. When better weather comes it will dry in no time. You'll be amazed how quick it will get shitted up otherwise lol

    In your flight put some lining down on floor just to protect it. I've got some off cuts from what I had left from kitchen. It's easy to clean if your just having the lining down or even like I've got on top the easybed chippings.

    First round of chicks have arrived from my waterslarger pair. Four healthy chicks all hatched yesterday sometime.

    I've a surplus pair of Mexican finches here that I'm willing to sell. Both cock an hen are in great condition. I've a few I'm keeping back myself as spares for feeders. There great for fostering an rearing other birds that parents chuck out of the nest or just no good at sitting eggs but you still want to get eggs but put them under a reliable pair. Feel free to pm me atb.

    There's a chap near me that makes the live fox traps out of the mesh frame's you use on Warehouse the wracking shelfs which has already got the frame work round the mesh just corrects them up by measuring an a little cutting then welds them up or he can bolt them for lads who want them for moving about . Very good too was selling them for 50 quid at the time . f***ing 90 quid is alot of money an a bet there not heavy duty like these he makes. Takes two to lift the c**ts. Theres one down allotments near me been there for over 30 years an still standing strong after 30 years.

    Went for a walk with the wife and son yesterday. Had to take a photo of this kingfisher bobbing up an down on the Calder bank. Was lovely to see but horrible at the same time due to the litter washed up the banks. Just at the side of the kingfisher was an hole where I think he's on with digging out for a nest site.

    An its not about them being in NATO there not in NATO now anyway. It's down to humanity what putins doing to the Joe public of Ukraine.
