    wildfowling

John, Seems strange to start a thread trying to be offensive "does it not suit your rambo image". I believe rambo is a fictional character who as far as I was aware had no interest in wildfowling........... Yes I do know what puntgunning is but have never tried it. I have read lost scouse's post which is merely asking a question and you seem to be after an argument Perhaps you have issues with your self confidence :11: :11:
  4. Change is as good as a rest so they say, packing my bags as we speak mate! Hope you like tinned veg, egg and chips and coronation street
  5. Me and my mate started shotgunning at the same time with different start up costs, my secondhand side by side cost 100, his Lamber cost 850, my cabinet was 50 secondhand, his was a couple of hundred...........I buy pigeon cartridges for 28 per 250 although my foxng cartridges are a little more Me and my mate started shotgunning at the same time with different start up costs, my secondhand side by side cost 100, his Lamber cost 850, my cabinet was 50 secondhand, his was a couple of hundred...........I buy pigeon cartridges for 28 per 250 although my foxng cartridges are a little more

  8. Well Sam, I was born in one of the roughest pits in Derbyshire, my parents are still there, I can have a word :11:
  9. Sorry Jack, being sarcastic My avatar is the "human" pitbull :weight_lift2:
  10. My mate tends to buy and sell lots of air guns but he has stuck with this one. He loves it and recently decided to keep it instead of getting a Theoben. The gun is very easy to shoot and has a 10 shot magazine.
  11. It's mine, he's called the pitbull
  12. Couldn't believe it Kane See the odd roe in my area and other parts of Lincolnshire hold roe, fallow, muntjac and even red. Not used to seeing them so easily
  13. We are thinking of a move but its the bottomless pockets thing that bothers me
  14. Got the second and third dvd's The wrecking crew dvd has excellent action There are also the warrener dvd's, some good footage but lots of time filming nothing so ok to put the kettle on
  15. Thanks I read that head shots were preferable to chest shots so thats what I usually go for, its just i'm convinced a pigeon last week eventually died from lead poisoning as it took three head shots to drop it from its roost, it was like a feathered terminator
  16. Been using the air arms pellets in my gun and I like them but the pigeons sometimes need another shot to kill them, is there a better pellet or am I just a crap shot :11:
  17. Hi Joe, I'm sure someone with greater deer knowledge than myself such as JD would know but the Muntjac was feeding outside a wood primarily made of oak. This was around Winchester, the roe were all seen north of Southampton not too far from the M3 The muntjac I have seen have been found in old oak woods but is this coincidence?????? I'd be interested to know.......
  18. With the number of quicks you are cutting I'd get a friend to do it....................
  19. Been to stay with family in Hampshire this weekend. They have recently bought a large rural property with a couple of acres surrounded by farmland a few miles from the New Forest. Arrived Saturday and had a look around to be told that the local wildlife spent a lot of time in the garden Had a walk out at dusk on Saturday and surprised a roe doe in some brambles before a last look around about 2330, saw dozens of bunnies, two more roe and a fox in the orchard. Also had a mooch Sunday morning and found a three holed earth on the garden boundry and flushed another roe from some long grass. D
  20. Been in Hampshire this weekend, saw four roe in my brother in laws garden, also saw a muntjac JD just inside the Hampshire borders
