    DARCY

Darcys "in box" is always popular
  3. Friedrice, surely in todays climate people aren't going to shout "I'm the best", and if they did would you really believe them? I'm sure there are many hard working chaps on here that dedicate their lives to working and breeding from grafters and ensuring their line is kept but they would never even dream of bragging or inflating their ego and probably enjoy the anonimity that keep away the riff raff and theives from their doors.............
  4. I must admit I have two aged moggies which I like but I DO totally understand the damage they can do to songbirds(mine are jackers though as they never catch a thing and spend life shedding hair on the bed) and after these two die I won't have another...............
  5. I'm not a soap fan but they are obviously a lot more liberal nowdays if thats the current storyline
  6. Very thorough and interesting thread Which are the popular rivers in Lincolnshire?????

Lets be thankfull a little kid didn't step into the road................
  10. If the dog has the drive in him a lay off won't make a difference. Only idiots run summer quarry IMO. The only excuse would be pest control requested by the farmer.................
  11. No her ideal job, the sea scares me far too much..............
  12. You know too much..................
  13. When I worked on the coast mine used to run on the beach everyday but I don't go as much now I work "inland". The dogs love it but always get the squits from drinking the salt water
  14. Only really go on this forum and another hunting one. I was on a reptile forum but if you started argumentative posts of swore like many members here do you would be off ASAP. So yes people do act differently on different forums but I always have the same name. Wilf can some times be found on adult forums under the name "fudge muncher" chatting to his chum winkhound "Sausage tugger"..............
  15. Its a brilliant programme although its my wife whos obsessed with it, tells me thats her ideal job
  16. I know someone who breeds Parsons for the showring and has recently had a litter mated to a Lakeland from Johnstons strain, the pups were advertised as "working terriers" and sold for £250 a pop. Neither sire or dam has ever seen any work in their life..... I'm no expert but a lot of the Parsons I have seen are a tad on the large size.........
  17. you can only use their basic public liability insurance, if your doing the job FREE OF CHARGE, otherwise you'll need a small buisness insurance, expect to pay around the £130 mark per year make sure you do a course on the bird identification, as theres only a couple of the gull family that your allowed to cull as a pest species to start off, Id suggest a daily rate of what you'd be willing to work for, rather than trying to price individually Ahh!! Thats always been my problem stubby, far too generous and doing it for free
  18. All I've ever owned are Wilfs line of Yorkie crossbreeds. Excell at any task, earthwork, herding, guarding, assistance dogs. You name it they do it..............
  19. Try contacting Scottish association of countrysports(SACS), they are very good.
  20. Don't get them often but when I do boy are they a bugger. Usually start seeing stars followed by a headache and then vomiting. Last one lasted three days.............Migraleave seem to be the best meds.
  21. Take him to any high street groomer and ask for him to be stripped rather than use clippers. Ask if you can watch and buy yourself a stripping kife, its easy enough to do yourself from then on.
  22. Rab C Nesbitt with a comb over.............very funny at the time
