Its becoming a nightmare, my wife works for the NHS and has to use her car for work but ghets a small mileage allowance, I do a round trip to work everyday and our fuel bill is over £550 a month..............This goverment, and every other goverment are so out of touch with the average family man..............

2ft deep is fine for goldfish varieties but too shallow for koi. Just google volume calculator and you will be able to work out the volume. A fibreglass pond will be fine, nothing more relaxing than sitting on the edge of your pond feeding the fish on a summer evening

I've got koi and goldfish. I also built a 35,000 litre koi pond a few years ago. Work out the litre capaticy of your pond and ensure the filtration is adequate or it will become a green mess. Lots of oxygenating plants, unless you put koi in as they will destroy it.

I drove to Asda at Scunthorpe this morning to fill up, £1.21 a litre. Last week it was £1.18. Annoying thing is you an only pay at the pump with a maximum of £70, so I pay and one and then move up to the next pump. £84 to fill my Navara and that lasts five days, may look tg going back to an estate...........

I've been using Landywoods for about 4 years and I find them excellent.

I was at Rother Valley earlier and there were a few Plummers, one or two were huge, well over 16" and very leggy.
