why what's stabba got? That reminds me....I was walking past a community hall once and there was a dog show on in there so I wandered in for a gander. Some of the sights were incredible (in a bad way!) but one of them made me laugh, a woman was carrying a daschund around, and talking to people. She went over to someone who had a 12 month old rottie and the daschund got so scared it pissed itself, all over this womans hand and down her side.....she got hold of it's cock and tried to direct the piss away from her but it didn't work, 2 minutes later, without washing her hands the woman went

Anything that is badly behaved and people aggressive, went to somebodies house last week who had a staffyxbeagle, the thing had real dominance issues and its body language and behaviour screamed "put me in my place", growling at kids yet the owner was feckin clueless and thought this was acceptable, not to me....... P.S. Im not a fan of shar peis normally but stabbas dog Elvis is cool.............

I think your right! lol.......must admit, I deffo have not been sat here thinking "That Old Timer......he is a controversial figure" And just to add, my team of 19 dogs cant becalled off anything, they kill 400 head of game a night and are all worked to the max. 5 are good catch dogs but lack heart, 6 have loads of heart but are 94 years old and are now too slow, 5 are in reserve in case I get short on dogs.....2 are beddy whippets that have taken 900 fallow (or so the lad that sold me them said) and one belongs to my Auntie Alice and is scatter bred......so far this week they have kill

Maybe so but the fact of the matter is that an intimidating looking dog that barks at strangers or when a sound is heard is all that's needed 99% of the time, unless you've got the crown jewels in your house most burgulars will just go and find an easier target. Spot on Mal, mine will release a rabbit to hand and let go immediatly aslong as another dog isn't present, then the green eyed monster may surface occasionally. If we are talking pre ban and my dogs were killing a fox and i saunter up and say leave and they walked off it i would be questioning the drive of the dog, horses for courses, pre ban i would be quiet happy to see them hanging on and nowdays i like it when they spit my only quarry the bunny into my hand........... If you were doing any significant number you DID need some size, if it were legal i'd ask you to bring your mate 19" beddy whippet over and i'll jack it in one night. Did this beddy/whippet do 3/4 a night four nights a week or just the odd few a season?

I agree matey, but all im saying is as somebody who trained high drive imports 6 days a week recalls(call offs) weren't taught that often as the dog often anticipated it and the chase was affected, look at the dogs body language in that footage, its not giving 100%, if it was it would be going faster, ears laid back etc etc
