    hunting what? you wanting it to go to ground ,bushing or ratting i wouldnt start a dog ratting till about 9 month old , try and get some where with plenty of rats your dog will probably want to kill rats most terriers do bushing most terriers will do any way ,they just seem to pick it up. going to ground me personally i wouldnt start one till about 18 month old give or take a couple of month but everyones differant .. and easiest way is to let it watch on digs ,then see what happens

    might not yap on the lamp ... i know dogs that will open up during the day but not on the lamp ... all you can do is try her at the end of the day after she learns what to do you might stop .. is she fit cause i know dogs that yap when there not fit enough

    i was thinking about this the other night and came up with a couple of reasons why they are so popular they are easy to start ...by this i mean there aint many bull xs that dont mind getting bit .. dont think ive ever heard of a bull x yapping cause its been started to early .. they can double up as a gaurd dog cause they look mean well thats all i came up with for now lol

    The reason for anyone breeding, should be to keep a pup themselfs so all costs involved in producing a litter is the money for the pup you keep. Other surplus pups should be placed FOC into trusted kennels were they are worked to a standard and if the standard acheived a pup or stud is always offered back in latter years. Money and Digging Dogs should not be in the same sentance IMO If you want to make money from pups breed KC pet dogs. agree 100% with this post ... when ive had to sell a dog (not pups) ive always offered it to my mates for free first before putting it up for

    im not a lover of bull xs but i can see why people use them ....... i know of a half bred what will kill foxes all day everyday day and night no matter if she as took a lot of stick or not ... and still pick up rabbits quicker than most dogs bred for rabbits , she turns quick she as a quick take of and endless stamina and only stands 21/22" tts and is quite heavy ... i think the people who knock them the most are people who have never seen a good one run they can make allround dogs if you get the right sort , well built and have tonnes of stamina ..

    in theroy the dog your looking at should be the only one to move .. dont need differant tones or differant pips .. my father in law as worked more than one dog with the same whistle and commands ....... just have to get them used to working as a team

    try downloading firefox and using that .. its tons better than ie.. also what internet service you using? im on a vodafone dongal and i find it does it alot, i just normal refresh the page and it works

    this season Alfie as took rat ,rabbit and fox (legal here in NI) he as also flushed and retrieved shot hare , mainly used as a pot filler but dont care about taking abit of stick and boy can he give it out lol
