Similar pal 12/15% I can’t really comment because I’m in social housing and landed on my feet couldn’t have got a better home for me and my kids took a long time and I’ll be forever grateful for my housing officer went above and beyond for me they were offering 5% mortgages through some Scottish government scheme kids of young couples bought in this estate then they knocked down worst flats in the area and housed everyone from there in between

Never used it pal never had to look further than hypo sometimes need to put it down a couple times good idea to use pressure washer just to rinse it of if there’s loads of grime but it’s potent stuff goes out of date though but goes a long way 25£ a 25 litre barrel up here

Sodium hypochlorite pal or red label hypochlorite any farm supply shop will have it mix it 50/50 water and bit of fairy up liquid in a watering can get it on the deck stand back watch manic happen rinse after 20 mins repeat if needed give it a good rinse of and let it dry be fine for dogs once it’s dry wear old cloths it’s just like bleach it won’t prevent it regrowing like a biocide would but it’s instant results and not as messy as pressure washing

Guy I know build a massive falcon breeding centre some set up Met him one Sunday morning at paper-shop asked what I was up to for the day and I said nout and he took me out so one flight with falcon and couple with goshawks didn’t really do out for me but it’s field sport and it commitment and time he put in then never mind now he’s living his absolute dream ….. still never told my old man as he’s massive pigeon fancier he’d probably not speak to me 15 years after it happened we were raised to hate bops rats and cats

That was mine first one after the whippets 3/4 saluki greyhound bitch miss her weekly deadly on the lamp not great daytime canny as anything would show anyone up who thought the usual about heavy saluki blooded dogs worst thing I done was taking a litter and keeping a bitch back walking at heel turned into 40 yards in front and the bond we had was never the same ….. hated guns not shy of the noise shy of the actual gun soon as it was put in motor and chuck a hissy fit and walk 40 yards behind refuse to hunt
-
Where about pal drop me a pm
-
Never ran any further down country but your spot on up here the hares know exactly where they want to go and it’s up to the dog to work them of that destination and be will to jump and hit cover this one of mine probably catch 2/3rd after they hit cover what I love the most is when he’s boxing it from a spot and it all most seems like there at a stand still then drops that gear and scoops up ….. in that moment there nothing else going on in the whole world other than that dog working that hare
