    i've had dogs and bitches..never really seen much difference in prey drive..think its down to the individual dog..(but you do need to lay a bitch up during her season,,or is that just me??)...cheers chris..

    Do your rabbits always run the same way on your ground? not always....but a run ma dog on a few golf courses(amongst other stuff) an he has got to know in which general direction they are gonna bolt for cover on the same ground......cheers..chris..

    collies are smart.....maybe the dog is so used to running the same ground it has got to know what way the coneys are gonna bolt an knows he dont need to go full blast...on your mates ground which hes not used to runnin on he reverted to type an went balls to the floor ...all the best..chris..

    all my dogs must have been done wi the live one mate as av never had to get them boosters....av only got one dog now an hes startin to age a bit so a know what you mean about the killer one...but if a bought a pup an the breeder said it was already done ,unless a knew them personally a would just be on the safe side an take the dog to a vet....cheers..chris..

    well done mate...looks a crackin dog..exact same as one a had..(my avatar pic)...only problem a had with her is she wouldnt jump..jumped a fence before an landed in a crumpled heap on the other side..haha..all the best fh..chris.

    was going to say that ,sounds like he,s took a wack in the throat area to ,keep an eye on him ,my bitch took me out not so long back ran a rabbit right up beam and every time i took a few strides to the side the rabbit kept coming led the dog right into me and turned me up side down let here get her self to gether and checked her over every thing seemed ok ,next morning she was sat out side looking through the window at me with one pupil the size of a dinner plate and the other like a pin prick ,thought she,d fractured her skull but turned out to be bad concusion thank feck but it lasted abo

    ma wee lurcher chased 2 roe deer an although they jumped a fence he didnt see it an ran full blast straight into it!!!! hit it so hard he took a fence post out the ground..thankfully the wire on the fence hit him across the chest an only took a few lumps of skin an fur off just above his front legs,,few inches higher it would have been across his throat he had a cough for a few days after that funnily enough..but it cleared itself...all the best hope yer dog is ok..chris..

    allright mate..seen ye down at the kelvin valley show a few years back( a had a big blue grew bitch an a sandy whipXgrewXsaluki)..always liked the look of yer terriers mate...pups look good as well bud...there a credit to ye keano..all the best mate , cheers..chris..     depending on the severity of the tear, av known lads to either glue or stitch them up...but if its a bad one (which it usually always is with lurchers an barbed wire) then am afraid its off to the vet..all the best hope yer dog is ok ..chris..
