    I had a forester that did just that years ago on a mates farm, we took it and bust it for parts, when I opened the boot there was a lightforce lamp in it, I used that lamp for years

    Well I going to go back to work today but I’ve got nothing lined up at the moment until the middle of January, so made a start on this with my mate, copart special, I think he paid a bit much for it but the damage is not as bad as it looks, don’t buy cars drunk, could of had it back on the road today if I’d had all the bits

    Pork loin today with a cider gravy, absolutely lovely, I’ve got a big chunk of pork left so it could be a pork stew tomorrow unless I can come up with a better idea

    At my happy place today, quickly fed the birds, put the bike away and went for a walk, no rifle, just walking and watching. Watched 7 fallow just browsing through a forestry block and a cock pheasant and a squirrel having a scrap, didn’t see a soul for over 3 hours

    Littler has looked a bit shaky at times but now Humphries is out I’d say he’ll win it now

    Roast beef tonight, I needed this after being dragged around every furniture and carpet shop in the land

    Last of Christmas today chicken and veg pie, goose fat roast spuds with garlic and thyme ( coated in semolina, extra crunchy) bit of veg and a cream/ chicken stock gravy
