  1. Please tell me that group wasn’t shot off hand or I might as well give up now. I’d struggle to hit the same field off hand.
  2. I can only comment on what i’ve tried. The 77 I shot was awesome straight out of the box with a forest green laminate sporter stock. On the other hand, I struggle with my 97KT(probably due to the thumbhole stock). That particular 77 was almost as good as my TX which he been fettled a bit(TbT kit with a Titan spring and a Rowan Engineering trigger).
  3. It was easy. That’s the point. That’s how highly I rate it. It shot that well pretty much out of the box.-
  4. At least it’s not just me. I’ll just have to wait for someone to show up with a sporter to see what it’s like because they’re not a cheap rifle to tak a gamble on.
  5. I agree with bigmac97 about KT stocks. I think fecking awful, especially Weirauch. I think it’s why I struggle with my 97KT.
  6. I never said they’re no good. I’ve had a quick go on 2 or 3 and I couldn’t get on with them. In my opinion there are better PCPs out there e.g. R10, S510 and the obvious Wolverine R and Fx Crown.
  7. My 97 has never been opened. All I've done is to lightened the trigger. I live in Bradford. If you want a go, let me know.
  8. I don't like the best airgun ever made.??
  9. Are you kidding? I can't hit a cow's arse off hand. Too weak and feeble.
  10. I'm not a big fan of the 100 but that one looks spot on.
  11. I had my first go with the HW77 the other day. It hadn't shot a tin of pellets yet and the owner was a newbie who was struggling to zero and asked for help. I was intrigued as I've heard lots of good reports and was happy to help out if I could. It took took 5 shots to zero to 2 mil dots at 55m. Next I put 3 shots, pellet on pellet and hit 3 golf balls in a row flush at 50m. I felt the trigger was a little heavy but released beautifully. Aside from that, I'm massively impressed. I might be being a bit controversial here but I think it's better than the 97(certainly mine).
  12. If you PM me and are close enough to me, I can lend you a HW97KT in.177 with a 5-15X50 FFP scope. If I can find somewhere to shoot 100 yards, I'll be having a go with my TX200. PS Have I unleashed a beast here?
  13. Not my cup of tea but hope you get on with it
  14. Good shooting, now try it with a springer.
  15. What this demonstrates is the utter contempt the "elites" feel for ordinary people when the only true democratic vote we've had in my adult life, can just be ignored. If they had any idea that the people would actually have the temerity to vote against their "advice", no way they would have let us have a Referendum. "It was a close vote so we need to do it all again!", we hear. But if the vote was 1 in favour of Remain, it would have been a dead issue for at least another generation. "I think the people have changed their minds!", we hear. Who are they asking? In all my 54 year
  16. That treacherous witch May should be beaten to death with a sock full of shit!!
  17. How do you go about mounting it for eye relief?
  18. I've now decided to stop voting because plebs vote mean nothing. Being an uneducated Northern Racist/ everything else"ist" I need to be told what to think and say.
  19. I can't disagree with the weight, especially on the TX200, which is heavy already. On the other hand it is spot on for accuracy.
  20. Agreed, but it's really nice to see your target fly.
  21. Tried JSB Express today. They were a little bit more accurate at 50m but the heavies have a lot better smack. More testing is needed to make a final decision. Very happy with both. Next to test are the Monsters. Tin on way.
  22. I've got a tin to try when the heavy tin is finished but I'm so surprised at how accurate the heavies are, I don't want to change anything until I need to. I went down the range the other day and was having a good day. I thought I'd give the heavies a go. 3 shots to work out the holdover and I struggled to miss at 50m.
  23. I've been using heavies through my TX. They add half a Mildot holdover at 50m. I found them very accurate (better than 8.44 exact or AA Fields). They also smack much harder. I'll probably switch to these when I've used up all the rest. I reckon they're better than Bisley Mags (IMHO).
  24. I,m thinking of investing. Anybody got any experience? Please give any opinions.
