Webb showed himself up there Stuck it on wardley,and basically folded when it was stuck back on him We are all an expert from the comforts of our chairs,but there was no boxing savvy there from webb,just held his hands aloft like a big stiff and done nothing Don't see big things on the horizon for wardley but fairplay to him

Me to,I was reading his trainer said his work ethic and work rate is very high,he's humble and always willing to listen,he said he doesn't pick up new techniques quickly,it takes time but he gets it well I agree,furys too good for him but I think he may have the raw edge to him to as you say,drag Joshua into deep water

Them meal prep services ain't half handy if you're busy or in a rush or just can't be messed to do them your own self,me and the boys was using them a while back but I've got used to doing me own meals for the time being again in them little prep containers As for sugars if bods struggle going cold turkey on refined sugar then put a drop of honey in your tea,I used to be mad on a bag of crisps but if you drop all that out,cut right down on takeaways and booze and know your body,workout the best plan for you and when it gets a bit stale and you start to stagnate,change it up Can't b

Small hall/domestic boxing is where it's at these days most of the time to be fair The heart,the will,the hunger & competitive nature,don't get me wrong you still get some s**t matchups where the home fighter is basically just having a move about,but that's boxing,but in general the smaller shows are better all round some of the current stuff in world boxing is just laughable lately,and it's a real shame to see And as for mcgregor,he was getting teed off on and is still giving it all the mouth,I have rated mcgregor in the past and thought he has been great in the cage at times

Agree about the knowledge these days,a fella I'm familiar with is very up on his scientific side of training,and nutrition and all the rest of it but just seems to struggle to graft and diet as much as others,no doubt some of what he says is likely waffle,but there's no doubt he knows what he's on,but like you say has a motivation issue I'm not too familiar with supplements anyway,no doubt some have their merit,but take a back seat to a proper food diet that suits your body type,I will say though that creatine would be one of the ones I'd take it if I was going to take one

Got no issue with what anyone wants to watch,didn't entertain askren v paul from the start personally,it's mad how that seemed to create more chat than a genuine fight,but I bet they got well paid,this paul has got a massive following and no doubt makes a few quid and that's what it's about at the end of the day but as for anything he does fight wise I can't entertain it

Typical Andrade,moments of looking great,as in rnds1 to 3,and then stepping off the gass and being messy and spoiling,as in rnd4 onwards,not saying he's not great technically or that he didn't win,but I think his style is whats stopped him from getting the big fights tbh He's not an easy night though,very gifted and hard to look good against,but the top of 168 he doesn't beat imo Wtf was liam williams doing though,seemed all too much for him and Andrade could not miss with that uppercut?
