A youg 'un we took on a trip to central NV...lamped jack rabbits. Same young lad and his first quarry taken with the .17hmr. Blister with some local bird!.. :11: At camp on the north rim of the grand canyon...coyote, hare, me and Blister as a pup. The wifes bitch that she named "Slag"...in Utah. We drove across three states, it took us four hours there and back...eight hours total, for 20 minutes lamping!..Two jack rabbits and a cottontail! Hope these work! Kye,..

Kye,..

Ian, Molly, you are welcome ANY time...for as long as you want guys. I will get the wife to post some pics for me later guys! Regarding Raccoons!...if i could only hunt one quarry type if i could only hunt one quarry with terriers, it would be Raccoons...any type of dog can work them, but if you have a harder type dog, that is when you can see what they are made of!...truely a facinating animal to hunt...body like a badger, the bite of a red fox, but with the skull of a huge cat, and hands like a bloody monkey!..lol...i love hunting them, and i respect them alot! We got a new digi

Well i made the 1600 mile drive to my new place in the Mid-West..the Izuzu Rodeo made it in one, it took me two days to drive, and i was shitting it the whole way, because i had my wallet stollen in Vegas and had NO I.D at all...if i got pulled i was f****d!..lol. So ive gone from 2.5 acres in the middle of Las-Vegas, to 5.5 acres in Missouri...everything shuts at 7;00..lol. We got a nice two bedroom farm cottage, with a small lake, a barn, and a few small out buildings.. The lake is FULL of fish, and me and FR (he lives just 25 minutes away) have been hammering the fish in there...so far

Hi Greg,.. Hope all goes well ith the bitch mate...remember, theres no rush...we will get out for some runs with her next season, when she is big and strong... Dont hesitate to drop a line mate.. My male has buggered his shoulder up at the minute, but he is healing MUCH better than i though he would, and should be good to go soon...my bitch has a sore shoulder from a nasty Raccoon bite, and came in season a few days ago, due to a hormone shot the vet gave her to get her over mastitus!...they seem to be in the wars at the moment, and the crops 'aint even down yet!..lol. All the best.. Kye,

Cheers for the invite out Wooly!...it as a good fun day.. The little white bitch is a little sore today, but she will be fine...she looks like shes been chewing on a wasp!..lol. As for your young 'un on that Grinner...talk about "Take No Prisoners"..lol. Thanks again mate. Kye,..

She may well be a first cross, im no exspert mate,...but im 99% sure that i would be impossible to get a smooth coated white dog from such a mating??? ...but that dont matter anyway...what matters is that YOUR happy with her, and she does a job for you mate,..just have fun! Kye..
-
Whats strange is that our Stags have a rough to broken coat, and they have ran hares in 75F and although they have been hot, once they have had a wash down with cold water and rapped in a cold towel, after five minutes they have been ready for another (but i have never ran them again in that heat!...no hare is worth my dogs health).. But the best weather for the Stags seems to be around the 25-40F...should have plenty of that this fall/winter!... Kye,..
-
Although a nice looking dog, she dont look like any Deerhound X i have seen..not a first cross anyway?...but thats not important.. With this type of cross, it depends alot on the type of Deerhound used...if its from a realy good, hunting killing line, you have nothing to worry about, but if its bred from show stock and the gear 'aint been tested, you could be in for a problem!.. 8 Months is very young for a Deerhound cross mate, i wouldnt even consider serious work with one bred like that until it was 15 months...the Staghounds over here look kinda like them, but from the Deerhound cr

Some of things you hear over here about young terriers working, is just out of this world...the least said about it, the better!..lol. IMO, the terrier lads over here get some stick from you 'orrible lot back home...ive been out with people over here that are the equal to any dog people back home...of course there are pricks over here..just like back home..lol...but there are some very, very good dog men over here, some i would rate very highly. As for Kane..lol.. ...he's just a naughty boy that cant wait to get out with his dogs this season!.. Kye,..
-
Lovely little things 'aint they!.. Some animals just look real friendly!?..lol. Pleasure watching them flying around on the hunt for bugs and all the other little nastys!... Nice Pics mate,.. Kye..

BorderBoy, even when your bulking, you should realy do 30 minutes three times a week...just to keep your motabalism up...but when on a Bulk, you dont need/want cardio. Im moving in a weeks time, so my training will be kinda f****d up until i get settled...but i will be doing roughly 3x30 minutes cardio sessions a day, starting with a 30 minute run in the morning, with 30 minutes of bag work, and then some skipping etc... Kye,..

whey shakes are a good supplement...but they are just that!...a SUPPLEMENT!...there is no such thing as magic postions, and muscles in a pill!..lol...diet, rest and training is the REAL answer to size and strength!! Yeah, you can use dumbells!..some people prefer it, and if your training alone, it is probably safer...just dont drop a heavy weight through your ceiling!..lol. There is a phase called the "Honey-Moon Period"...this is the first six months of training...this is when training and good diet is such a shock to the system that you will DROP body fat (BF) and gain lean body mass (
-
Mate, people will tell you routines until you are Blue in the face...BUT..unless your diet is nailed, you will NOT grow to your full potenial!!!.. Im 5-8" and smack on 200lbs at the moment...ive now started on a Cut, having been on a Bulk for about 3 months. Before you start training you need to decide if you are cutting or Bulking...there is NO such thing as "Toning"..lol. You need to Bulk...so that means 6-7 meals a day...you need 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight, every day...so get a calculater out and work out how much you weigh in pounds, then work out how much grams of

Hastings, as i told you in PM, get on Terrier Central...there are at least six guys on there that work there dogs, that live in Michigan!...They will help you out im sure. Kye,..
-
Im sure it was a sow Kiwi,...it had defo seen a dogs though!... Im in no way exsperianced in hunting them,...just going buy what i seen...that little dog done well that day, and im sure he will get a chance to prove himself again...a very good mate down in OK knows a few guys getting into them...plus i have a mate that knows some guys in Texas, so the opertunity should be there!... Kye,.. PS...i would also say that the majority of pigs in the UK havent been dogged, i would guess?
-
I would have a go for the craic...i got some older one's that i was gonna send to Dai, but seems as he hasnt posted any of mine, i wont wast his time!..lol.. Give me a shout when your ready Ian.. Kye,..
-
If the average sized Pig in the UK is 100-200lbs, i dont see why a pair of 60lbs Bull hybrids, or any type with a little grit, would have any problem holding them?.. Ive seen a 24lb Staff hold a 120lb feral pig, the first it ever seen...no problems. Kye,..
-
Staghound is a common name for large lurcher types, used to catch and kill coyotes and other big game... They come in all shapes and sizes...rough, smooth and all different colours. Kye,..
-
Good do,...nice to get out. Kye,..
-
Well Fuzzy, im sure he was going buy personal exsperiance...that all you can go buy i guess!.. But the ones i have used, and the ones i have are very good, and i have put thousands of rounds through them in the harshest climates you can get... If you keep them clean they run well...its kinda bad me saying that though...i think i have stripped mine down twice since i have had it, and it still cycles great, and hasnt messed me about!.. Im sure the bloke in the shop would be happy to sell you a more flash, fancy and exspensive model!..lol...he is a salesmen after all!..lol. Kye..
