  1. Nice one for the offer Sean mate but will hang 5 as ideally after something with bit whippet in it as with terriers I'd always be worried about it dropping in toground so my days wouldn't be as much fun as like you no there's not many lines of terriers what won't follow a rabbit to ground when hot on there arse end lol by te way that bitch as made a fine little bitch and my mates over the moon with her , she will drop to ground on rabbits and she did drop in old fox set but luckily never stayed , she's made a pretty leggy bitch and he said in the future he'd put a whippet over her or a 3/4 wh
  2. 3/4 terrier sound a handy type , and as for good natured dog , well for me I’d rather a mediocre hunter with a great nature , than a world beater of a dog who was a c**t , was a lad on here who had 3/4 terrier whippet , or mite been on YouTube , I’m sure ( but not 100%) it was out skycats terrier whippet ,
  3. She sounds like a dream mate , can remember when tyla put post on about the breeding as I’m sure i messaged him about the lining ,tobe homest everything you’ve just said is basically what I’m after ,the days of me searching for double figgers on rabbits on lamp are long gone , I’d rather spend the day with my lad chasing tree rats , shooting birds , bashing cover ,and trapping , and having a leggy terrier type Mongrel keeping us company along with the spaniel is what we are after ,
  4. Does she/ he drip to ground mate
  5. Exactly mate ,trying to find a decent terrier with bit leg and decent coat , that has been bred of bushing terriers not failed earth dogs is hard ,( unless you no people who keep them ) the lurcher game is going down bank and going there quick , round by me if you are seen walking a lurcher Nd a terrier someone already ring the police saying your baiting, a decent size terrier thats biddable to be fair would suit him / me better , a terrier dropping to ground for me would be as much use as tits on a fish lol
  6. Should ov made my self a little more clear regarding my lad holding it , I'm not expecting him to be holding the dog while we're out bushing cover and hunting etc expecting him to slip it or hold on to it while stuff flirting out of cover lol , more so for while we out walking , he holds my spaniel bitch wich is like a bag in the wind 100 miles an hour and can manage her I ,I've been offered runners by close friends but these are going to be making 25tts plus which isn't what I'm after don't see the point in my kid walking a lurcher that's tall than him just for nocking squirrels, rats and m
  7. To be honest I'm not after more , I'm after something my young lad (5 year old ) can hold and walk with me , something to take doing abit of bushing ratting and squirelling , it won't be getting lamped more than once in a blue moon , just want something for nocking about in cover with on a daily basis and taking with the catty/airgun for nocking couple birds and squirrels, not interested in catching double figgers on rabbits or hare either so i feel a first x terrier whippet something around 18 /19 tts would suit us down to a tee to be honest
  8. Always fed bit of a mixed realy but always contained a decent dry mix biscuit with , chicken mince beef mince tripe chunks/mince pheasant rabbit works well for me and in summer find dogs dont eat as much so tend to feed less flesh as they leave it and it gets fly blown

  15. Don’t no anyone who chips dogs in there own name especially earth dogs or lurchers used along side terriers , but they do have them chipped in family’s names in case losing them , all treated [BANNED TEXT] and taken to vets if needed , no less cared for than people who have them in there own names , but when you RSPCA taking people dogs and destroying them for having old scars I can’t blame then for wanting there address stuck on a chip Jabbed in to a dog ,
