It's not very British that though is it? But then again most people today in Britain haven't much where with all concerning modesty and false praise for life's activities like the older generation. Excel....is very rare in any of todays working environments. How did the NHS excel exactly? The were turning people down for all other serious operations, conditions and test results until the 'expected' wave of the Virus was over, which never came.

Is it just me or would you not feel uncomfortable being praised for a job that you get paid for? Is that not the child like level of admiration and praise some people like to adorn their children, even though they have done nothing other than behaved as anyone should? The NHS is a 'Free' health care system, state run. Why would anyone expect any quality or high standard when it's free. That will never change. It is there to provide a certain level of medical care to a certain type of person, ie your average Joe who knows little if not anything about looking after themselves from a health

In a nutshell....no. A cross section of media is best in my opinion, if at all, with a compliment of what you have already established as 'Truth' over time. Just an observation. I agree that such is the course of life and we shall all experience these things. When read over a child though it sounds more like a curse than a desire to try and shake the shackles of our bad side for want of a better expression. The similarities with Paganism and far Eastern religious philosophies are almost inseparable in my opinion. Mother nature, ritual and god's to suit all human emotions and experiences.
