    Boys its just an opinion that all.Dont everybody start turning into a big wet American c unt like Cinderella at midnight. There s 19 pages of that here already.     IMO I don’t rate any dog that isn’t used constently in the ground. More and more every year Black, red and white terriers in the US never see the inside of a dirt or rock set. I don’t care if the dog is 8lbs. Den Terrier or an 18lb. Patterdale if not hunted in the ground and dug to well imo it’s something else not terrier true terrier work. Call me a traditionalist but a Lab at the airport sniffing out weed or oxy is doing job but it’s not the same as jumping into fridget Lake and retrieving a duck 70 yards away. Rab is you look in the pic above of Speedy and Lazer they have been bitten right threw the muzzels for thier troubles. Dogs take some stick some times sometimes not. But Bird is right A stag better be on the throat quick or there will be hell to pay a coyote can bite!

    Bosun11- Be fore that hunt took place we had ran Bull over some rough ground that had "lava rock" and tore his feet and stops up. We Tape him before we hunted that day an as you can see it worked ...very little lol.

    Speedy the center dog does look like she has a heavy dose of Greyhound but in the pick below her litter brother Bull {black dog} is on the left. That bitch lays it out, she had just come off a litter of pups from that Laser dog and had ripped her chest muscle open in September making a slow comeback but looked like her old self yesterday.

    Weather was perfect and we set out around 130pm and by 5 we had 7. Saw 9 and got outran once and couldn’t get a slip on another. But it was a hell of a day with some nice coursing- Take care Stunt One that got away Looking The crew with Speedy and Lazer two top shelf Stags

    If you get a terrier make sure your sight hound is 100% around him...LOL. allot of terriers have lost thier lives when they started some scruff and the sight hound obliged them

    I know what you guys are talking about...... Ha Ha it can get pretty fustrating when the dog is ruuning to smart. Had them , cursed them but would take the pros over that con. Every cross has a hole or holes that is a big one in CollieX. Had a friend that had a 7/8 night and day between a 3/4 in the running smart shite.

    Dai when i got into Collie Lurchers back in 88' It seemed like thats all there was in the States and back in the UK. I often wonder with the bull Xs now how did we take any game all those years With the right dogs in use,brains, feet,kill just to start. edit to add-I have used them on everything here almost, not saying they are as good as the Stags for coyotes or Jack rabbit dogs for jacks but they keep a smile on my face and work hand in hand with ME and the terriers.     Stag bitch named Gizzy, we put up a flock of wild turkeys in some timber. She gave chase and I laughed when she went over a hill out of sight.....Only moments to have a turkey flying low right back at me. She caught it not 10 yards from me. Never before or after has her or any of my sighthounds taken feather.

    Here in the States we rock the "KING OF SPADES" in Cherry hill NJ. All steel. The best I've seen here for a production shovel. A few now are building are own , sent a Bull dog pan to a buddy with some specs and when he gets around to it mabey he'll make it for me.     Top kennels. Thanks, I do need to raise the lip as to much straw is falling out. When your building them ya think he'll never fit through that hole ....Well proved me wrong twice! I've had dogs in those house down to -15 F over night no problem.
