    good job, he might not ever be a world beater but he's coming up a good dog foxes are used to the heat but if it's real hot its rare to see them crossing a paddock. and there heaps of foxes in australia you always want more but it's not uncomon to get double figures in a day and a night especially this time of the year early in the season with only a couple dogs

    just for rabbits white is prefered by me you see them at night when the lights of so you can watch there retirve, other wise nothin in it

    pionter crosses seem to be a better cross gsp and gwp the only thing iv noticed is that they have abit to much nose for me and somtimes voice as they run

    firm hand every time it makes a sqiuck if your lazy it wont work if often had to get out of bed 20 or more times in a night but it pays off

    well as you siad i do have nothing else to go on of your terriers but what is siad on this forum, and if this forum dosent give an accurate represntaion of the terriers on it then what does? yes i am 18, and i'v never cliamed to be an expert but it seems i must be close to the truth for you to think so, i'll happily share with you why i 'seem' so educated when i comes to these dogs that i could ovbiously have no real experience with because i am so young and ignorant, iv only had experience with running dogs and terriers for the past 7 years and to be perfectly truthfull its become my obs

    i go by what i read and i doubt any other man would see it any different of corse there are exceptions, but few, the imported patts that have come from your country that i have seen and spoken to the owners about have been quite usless over here to big to dumb and to tough, excelant to cross with but thats it, as you siad horses for corses but when im tolled my dogs jack because they go from hole to hole well i thought id say what i think of dogs that dont do that

    check out my post on the running dog section i have pics on how i like to den there im not sure about the other terriers but mine which were the long legged parson and the bow legged type were encouraged on rabbits asmuch as possible and i can assure you nethier "jack" with both fighting the fox every step of the way coming out every 20 minutes or so to make sure im still around then back in and iv never had ethier dug to were they havnt had a mouth full of fox or cat in there mouth they also bark there heads off every time there not fighting, iv also never had to dig down on a rabbit they wil

    it's a murray cod there not legal size untill they reach 60 cm so he was thrown back

    mine hunt both and wont bother with a rabbit hole depends how much you work them and how smart your dog is

    there staghounds the black and white one is half borzoi with that white dog which is a pure papered borzoi being its mum and the black dog a straight staghound which is it's dad, the two smaller dogs are straght whippets cross staghounds which are brothers, and the white and tan hariy dog with pionty ears is a pure papered ibizanhound over a staghound bitch

    ya cats are a fairly big problem they dont seem to give stock much of a worry like a fox would but do just as much if not more damage to the native animals that particular cat we've been chasing for several years we spent five hours trying to dig it out of a rabbit hole over three years ago were my terrier didnt come out for over five hours i was glad we finally got it

    biggest cat iv seen terriers pulled it out a fox hole my terrier Bow copped some bad punishment untill ginger jumped out of the dog cage over two hundred meters away and finished it off we didnt have any runners with us they were in the car so i was happy he decided to help befor bow lost an eye
