They just have live birds flying around . So far I've counted a bran owl , redtail hawk, blue and red macaw. Keeper said they just kinda find a perch for the day and chill out there... Nice bucnh if exotics and native fresh and salt water species

I've had salmon from all over and I just don't get the hype honestly always comes off as dry with no flavor

If it's farm raised channels it almost never any kinda muddy taste. If it's wild caught it depends on the water but also how it was processed

Nope. That's cause from peoel leaving the mud vein in. Fish and game can be ruined so easily by folks who don't know how to process it right.

?? You know I've actually never had to describe it ? I guess the closest thing I can think of you might have tried would be a flounder mabye ? Idk you can tell if it's a good catfish or what species it was pretty easy though
