O this ? Lol yeah my little rig isn't anything at all compared to some guys over here. The guys who are really serious wouldn't even spit in the direction of my set up. Lot of those guys are running bump helmets with PVS-14 3rd gen night vision monoculars at the very least , many of these have that or dual tube set up where one is a thermal scanner the other is NV . That's any where from $2500 -$8000 easy Their their guns might be running $1500 by them selves for a stock upper tier AR15 , then alot of these guys will have a $800-$2000 Pek 15 it laser/illuminator coming off the side , gemtek su

Their just a pain to get really is the main reason. Supressors are an NFA item and require a $200 tax stamp paper work and usually a six month wait before you even allowed to buy your supressor and that can be anywhere from $300-$2000. Not to mention if it's an older rifle you gotta go get it threaded . O and did I mention you can get rejected and keep your $200. You can do a form 1 where you build your own from say a solvent trap or a parts kit but it's still that $200 tax stamp and like a 6 week wait . it's just a pain when in most states you can buy your class one fire arms and

All of what I shot in the video was steel cased , you can reload it but man it's a pain for multiple reasons. I do have around 200 odd pieces of once fired brass along with dies waiting. And yeah don't get me started about the trigger. I could go and get a nice drop in adjustment one but that gonna be $100 staring out up to like $300 and honestly.... I don't really need it for shooting hogs. I mean I'm planning on getting one but four now it will be good . And yeah I can lock the swivel in but there something about using a digital scope where you will see every dang tick from your h

Hit up two properties tonight,one was a kill everything on site deal for a buddy ( only saw deer got tore up by the mosquitoes while stalking in) and my parents place where its more of only shoot the biggest most mature (boars preferred)type of deal. Honestly dad is basically farming them at this point lol. Was able to stalk up on this sounder but man the place was so over grown I couldn't get a clear view of all of them. Just outta irritation I started giving some hand squeaks like you do for fox and this one came charging out. Wasn't planning on taking any shots until I saw the whole sounder

O boy if you can't think of anything more exciting then that then there's alot of suprised for ya over here lol. Would love to see if y'all's faces over here on a hog hunt with a dozen bay dogs and some Cane Corso catch dogs. Get in some of this this stuff with all those bay dongs on a corned 400lbs boar and that catch dogs dragging you ( literally) to get a bite in. Seriously watching them catch dogs do their job on a hog is like seeing a damn car wreck

Woke up around 2a.m and couldn't get back to sleep so decided to go out with the NV and see who was walking the pastures. No hogs or coyotes but nice cool 80degrrw night with a full moon so can complain too much

Was at the gas station earlier yesterday, walked out with some grocery and this dog walked up. Was really friendly had a bandanna tied around his neck ,nails trimmed , collar ect. But the poor thing looked like it hadn't had a fit meal in two weeks. Figured he had jumped off of one of the cattleman's trucks and got lost or something. Not uncommon around here at all. Had a copper plate on this collar so tried calling the number no luck , phone says the number is from a town about an hour away where I work . Had to stop listening to David goggins for work out motivation. Like would be half way though my work out something pushups in and listening to this dude talk about how he did his first marathon ,had to tape his legs up during hell week and I'm just here like " f**k....I'm really a bitch aren't I ? ??" Dude is completely built different

Lol you know you don't just have to sit down and watch the podcast right lol ? Most of the time I have them playing over a speaker or in my head phone while I'm cooking mowing grass welding ect. But I'll tell you Joe's big thing is he doesn't tell anyone their right or wong , he just listens and asks questions which I think alot of people are starved for. Like he has people you never heard of or could imagine would think the way they do on talking . Mike Tysons podcast with him was a personal favorite.

Honestly man when it comes to hogs either of those two would be perfectly fine as long as your making good shots. On a running shot the .308 is just plain gonna beat better choice because you have more mass this more knock down power of you don't quite hit where you want. But honestly if you can make a good shot with any type of decent ammo either of them will plain lay out most hogs. Also their basically neck in neck on the energy charts so unless you start shooting past 300yd .... No real difference imo Personally I'd look at which one you can get ammo easier and in the best variety. I -
So my dad's bee talking about about wanting a .22mag. Actually no clue why we wants a mag so bad but I've been on the look out since before father's day. No real luck other then a leaver action or two which apparently aren't his thing. Well was in the pawn shop snooping around as usual the other day and nothing a decent looking gun in the .243 rack . Mag was small as all get out so asked to look at it and sure enough it wasn't a .243 or a .22 hornet like I was thinking, nope nice little marlin.22 mag ! It's been broken in good , barrel looked pretty nice so gave them $50 for a down payment and
