Went out at 9 am to fit a set of new pads to the car before the sun got to warm, well after a total strip and rebuild of a seized calliper and refacing one disc badly grooved from over working and worn pads 5 hours bent down in a wheel arch in 35 degree heat thought I’d have a nice ? cool bath, think I might need another one ???

Definitely deer related, we are crawling in deer around here and alive with ticks, in the 80s I’d have to drive 30/40 miles to bag a deer and the dogs very seldom had a tick on them, only time I’d get ticks was around the odd farm that never dipped the sheep, in 40 years it’s gone from once or twice a year to once or twice a week,

All jokes aside, no one can tell you a safe way to remove it from a couple of photos and if your not confident in doing it leave well alone as a chainsaw is not a good learning tool, you only get to make one mistake and probably won’t learn from it, a long hand saw on a pole and just take it down a bit at a time, I,ve just put this beast up for sale as I have to accept it’s not safe for me to use any more, I still have a small one for doing logs that are already down, but my strength ain’t quite there anymore to wield it around and my reactions are not quite as cat like as they once were, shit

I have rats in my yard and the terriers kill them all there lives still never had any problems can someone with some expertise explain how an inoculation can only last for three months as my understanding of all inoculations is they give you a small dose of the infection to trigger your own immune system into becoming resistant ?? am not calling anyone a liar just curious how this works ????

I,m quite a big fan of gators though not so much in the summer, have thought about wearing them all year as your ankles are most likely point of attack when walking in long grass but as I said before I,m still not fully sold on the risks involved, it was never mentioned until they developed an immunisation drug, so can you throw some scientific light on the real risks of catching it another thing I never do and have never done is an annual booster jab for dogs as I think that’s also just a cash cow after all I don’t get my kid boostered every year and I,ve never lost a dog to any of the disea

I do have some of those and they are really good at pulling the feckers out but a friend of mine has a cocker that gets ticks round it’s jowels and will bite if you try to remove them so I cover them in Vaseline and it suffocates them ? most of my life I’ve just stuck the red end of a fag on them and pulled them out problem free, out of interest does anyone actually no someone that has actually caught lymes not a mate of a mates nans sons best mates cousin but a direct person you no well ???

Life’s a lottery and there are hundreds of horrible things about that may or may not ever effect us or our lives and lymes is just another one of them but because there is now the multi million pound vaccination industry trying to scare everyone into paying to have there dogs inoculated backed by the lovely Chris pecker and others it’s being portrayed as a common problem, it’s not, I pick ticks off my dogs most weeks and have done for nearly 40 years I walk miles through long tick infested grass every week and I have never known of a single person or dog that has caught it, one bloke I know

There is some right old women on here, my foods better than yours, ?I only eat chips and mushrooms bollox, ?dive in and give it a go, curry is different from country to country and region to region, I eat everything and anything and love trying new stuff, have said it many times before but the poorest people make the best food through poverty and necessity, even us brits came up with corned beef hash after the war a great way to feed a family with a few veg and a minimum of meet, the only things I don’t eat with any kind of regularity and always regret it when I get drawn in is Macfuckingdona

This lad has loads of videos on YouTube I often watch one or two episodes in the bath of an evening in this episode and the next he has the blacksmith round with the forge and they make a catty and a chopper very much like Ken’s might be some useful tips or just a bit of light relief from the normal shite on tv and his catty trick shots are spot on ????

Sorry for the wait mate but have managed to pin her down for a chat, she says anything is just guesswork without dna and family history etc as there could be simular mutations generations back before the Chernobyl incident happened therefore dis proving any link, but more likely due to the fact he was not born is that his egg could have been affected while still in the mother as women carry eggs for life and blokes generate gizz as they go( not the scientific term ) sorry I can’t be more specific but it’s an educated guess from a few bits of footage and seems a reasonable explanation without a

That was my first thoughts looking at the pics but I guess it will be science and dna that decides if it’s a new species or not after all the Scottish wildcat looks no more impressive than a fat house cat ? as do many other species of wild and forest cats, take a look at the kellas cat in Scotland, most people don’t even no of its excistance
