This one was quite well known for obvious reasons, you would have thought everyone would have a pic of it, have also had wallaby,s taken from an enclosure on the Cotswolds carried over a 6ft electric fence and stripped out and eaten in the woods nearby, but after a thorough investigation it was done by Fox,s ???

I use my iPad as my camera I carry a rucksack full of gear with me everywhere I go anyway so it’s no real problem and it does everything I need from macro to panoramic plus video also has the added advantage of storing everything on my iCloud so even if lost destroyed or stolen my pics are still safe ??

A mate of mine cut a Perspex window into the bottom of a bait boat and fitted a camera in that worked quite well ??

I was told some years back that around a dozen cats a year still get seized being smuggled in( have never looked into it) makes you wonder how many don’t get caught, the serval is what a lot of the savanna/Bengal cat type things are bred from so would imaging it’s someone planning a get rich quick breeding project, all helps to top up the gene pool ???

It’s very regulated, re the dangerous wild animals act that came in during the 70s, big flaw it only became illegal to release them around 83 so any one that owned one and did not want to comply with the act were perfectly within there rights to take them off to Bodmin,Dartmoor and various other remote locations and simply let them go ?

Cheers gnash, here you go mate I have several of these as well as ones costing thrice the price and as the market gets more flooded they keep getting cheaper, they do a single snap followed by a short video which is great as video takes longer to trigger and you often see the target on the still but it’s moving to fast for video they also have the black ir so won’t be seen at night if it’s at all public were you set it, expensive or cheap they all last around 2year if left out constantly, though you do get the odd exception that just keeps going, don’t set it facing east or the rising sun will

I think Efa is probably the biggest threat to dubious,s progress as they will probably meet if they both continue on there current route, should be a bit of a banger if it happens ??

I buy bags of dried chick peas for the little uns, they can go as mad as they like without to much damage, my lads 26 and shot his knuckle twice on the bounce the other day threw the catty at me and said feck that, I told him no pain no gain, but he still don’t seem to be in a rush to pick it up, ?? show this to your kids mate he,s the result of a lifelong catty hunter ?

I,ve only found ticks round hill sheep and others that don’t get dipped ? Or are you saying that you get ticks on the sheep that have been dipped? If so is that a result of new more environmentally friendly dips, ? Back in the day I used to get a sachet of stuff from the farm vet for a fiver mix it in a 45 gallon drum of water and dunk about 20 dogs in it, would never get anything on my dogs, the only thing that had ticks was the farmers ?? caused by the dips ?

Ticks look for warm areas mate like behind the ears and in the jowels or in your groin it’s not because your dogs face has been in the earth, or Archie hood would have had to be dragging his dick on the floor and that looks a logistical impossibility, as you brush against long grass they jump onto a new host making there way to a warm area were they stay until full and then fall off before doing it all again on a new host, I once found 18 behind one ear on a terrier I had, gross ??
