    Cheers Davy Mac/jmmy offered to do some stock work for me on a rifle that I was servicing for a perm owner, I declined cos it was a rough gun and just a quick fix.     Hi Chris , What is the weight of these guns ,only asking because from one person to another they come out with different weights ,anything from 2.7 KG up to 3.3 KG ? not got any scales vm and the kitchen ones are bottoming out ! but this is a ten year old girl feeling confident enough to hit a target at 25yrd and get a decent group the scales were bottoming out at 3.3kg but thats with a scope on atb si

    both quality makes rez I've bought loads of bits off chain reaction over the years, can't fault there pricing and they give you freebee stuff sometimes! can't justify spending on bikes cos i don't really hammer it any more but i fancy an alpine 160 as a do it all!! ha makes air gunning seem like a cheap hobby where do you go riding in lincoin, its pretty flat round there! happy peddling si

    cheers jonnie ill have to do a bit of geeking up on them! i originally went to get a 97 and walked out with the 200, its the stock that sold it for me but its fighting against me! i only use it for practice sessions but cos i spend quite a lot of time doing it me bloody thumb locks out using the sporter stock and I've got to confess the bear trap dose my head in, if you don't bang it right home it won't release! time to get on the look out atb si

    thinking about getting beat up thumb hole 97 to fix up,i like my thumb holes... got knackered hands from laying bloody bricks:( but a lot of these rifles/guns are a pice of p!ss to work on and we all have mobile phones to take pictures of the strip down so if you've got a bit of confidence id say go for it! if it goes wrong just back track ! have fun and get to know your gun pulled and fettled a few pcp's and there no great shakes either! if it all goes t!ts up there are plenty of good lads on here who will help you out! just ask atb si

    thought id see how my .177 tx200hc fairs up with the send away tuning debate! took the stock off a while ago to see if i could bring the grain out a bit more and seal the wood a bit better... should of let jimmy have it while i had the stock off i thought id have a look at the internals, see how its fairing inside! glad i did because it was pretty sparse on the grease front and the top piston ring was in need of a rub down as it had a burr that was sending it up the chamber slightly out of line causing the piston seal to ware unevenly, luckily it hadn't worn much but it would of required

    there wasn't a great deal in it with the mags and superfields,,, but the mags tipped it for me! now you've put some lead down it have an other go with the sf, i recon they might tighten up! I'm happy using the mags but there may be others out there! atb si
