    It's a .177 spitting out daystate ft heavys at 710fps.... good accurate pellets

    Now this is interesting. I've never shot 177 on ticket, let alone at live game. In me mind I would expect it to not transfer any punch... but I suppose a 177 pellet is still pretty big in comparison to a rabbits nut. Consider being shot in the head with a .223, I'm pretty sure I'd hit the deck as soon as it left the gray stuff. Quite liertally. So yeah, I suppose, 177 traveling super fast, hit the spot. Lights out. After all, 17 HMR (even though traveling 5 times the speed) is potent. way more potent than a .22 rf

    Init mate. Gotta pay the bills somehow though....... FFT's in the 97 on this outing? all the way Rez the soft jsb variants use to cause feather explosions but the h&n's just punch there way through propper pigeon slayers

    never pushed the boundaries of at .22 but a .177 with heavy pellets running at 17/18 is devastating and you can fair stretch your range!

    been out twice today as my workmate was in court getting banned for speeding! went out to a paddock perm on me todd with the .22 97 love this rifle there are lots of nettle beds on this perm that can work with you or against you... it was quite blustery so the rabbits where sheltering in them and I missed a fair few opportunities... i got two the first was a bad shot, I wasn't to sure what happened so I hit it with a quick follow up... on inspection it had pierced its ear and just freaked it out, why it dint bolt I'm not sure! second one was instant check out, off the knee at 38yrd use

    don't let the stock fault put you off mark... non of the top end manufacturers turn out perfect rifles, its just the way it is! they produce them and we scrutinise the fcuk out of them the stock will get replaced then its back to happy days atb si

    its safe to say jimmy got a thing for prosports... first thing I did when I got back from the south was pull it to bits and tackle every bloody bit, even shaving the spring guid down and testing different greases got it there now I'm still not that good with it regardless, but jimmy picked it up and was nailing the bull on the shoot and sees after a couple of shots think its got something to do with having the wolds biggest mitts im gonna get some more time in with her cos I'm not having it... aghh atb si

    f1's are handy for different ranges and the like but I never managed to shoot me combro unlike the f1 in the first day still works though... tw@t xx
