    Youngs barble rod and tf gear avon both get a good work out when catching Stillwater carp. Trotting a float or free lined bread is when you get the best use from them

    Nice find Arry I have something similar a short cross one I think something to do with clipping so changed from short to long cross. You must be on a good bit of ground mate. Have you had much else ? Cheers

    Thought the same regarding garden feeders, then I thought that there is an abundance of natural foods for them at the moment? Kingfishers I cant remember the last time I saw one always been a rarity around here .

    Well had to make the most difficult decision to pts my best mate for the past 9 years, and it hurts so much been 4 days now and I'm still choked cant sit at home cant go for a walk I'm sure time will heal as I always tell everyone else. I have never experienced this before with dogs. Sad times.

    well this morning unwrapped dogs foot and just looked red and swollen no sign of any thorns or seeds, so took him to vet who said he must have slipped on rough surface and scraped it and has an infection so got some antibiotics for it. also said his pads were really dry and recommended some cream called mushers secrete something used on sled dog feet. so he know getting a twice daily bloody pedicure ? thanks all for the replys.

    yeah mate he off to vets tomorrow, he not licking and chewing seems less bothered by it but just had a lead walk and was soon treading light on it. he be at my side all day and night so wont allow him to make it any worse.
