  1. Never even think about regret with dogs that show even slight aggression to a adult or a kid. End of the day lurchers have alot of power their all muscle and can cause alot of damage in a blink of an eye. Wouldn't think twice about putting a dog out, as I have done in past.
  2. Percussion stuff is good. Been using trouser from them for a while, their shower proof but like cargo pants with reinforced legs upto groin. Comfy, silent, weatherproof to a point and take an absolute hammering mine have. 40 quid well spent
  3. it's replicating a perfect balanced raw diet, but convenient... I fed raw for years n years but working the hours I do now just ain't got time to f**k around defrosting meat.Next best thing is this grub like.
  4. If he doesn't listen with them ears il eat shit through a straw
  5. thanks mate hows yours getting on? the misses let him out in the garden with my other dog and they were running round flat out and by all accounts he hit one of the metal upright posts for the washing line, he hit it hard has he bent it earlier on in the day before i took him lamping. he was lucky he never hurt his self.aw never he was lucky then.Mines about 25" now and solid with it, doesn't look like a 3/4 bred at minute. He can shift, just waiting for him to click a little before I start him. He's getting there though, very well mannered hound n joy to have..... At the minute he was luc
  6. Funny u mention this. I passed about 12 dogs this afternoon and only 2-3 were tidy. Rest were snappy c**ts

  8. Two mode. First beam is red second is white. Should be ideal for rabbiting
  9. i thought the 100 was no good, and the 120 was the better by a mile. Could be wrong.I was interested in the red n white but have to wait now.
  10. Game is something don't really get, especially on here. Seen few lads on Facebook as well saying their lurchers are dead game, haha madness. I'd just say he was a keen dog.
  11. Working 6-7 days a week atm and finding It hard with the one I got. Especially being a pup I'm trying to cram in as much training at every opportunity and till find time to just bond. It is tiring. And to those who say I'd quit work before dogs, that's abit silly when u have a family to support and life to lead. No dog should come between that. Hope u find homes for them but prob be waiting a long time on here for a serious dog man eh haha.
  12. You feed less, pic up less shit and dogs look and behave so much better off it. 10kg last me a month on one dog 35 quid. 35 divide by 30 days that's 1.16. Can't afford that, don't get a dog.
  13. Just through interest would you put up some photos of your dogs feet/nails.ye no probs. I will post a picture in the next hour.
  14. Collie have flatter type feet than greyhounds I find. Keep the nails trimmed and walk it few miles a day on concrete. If they are really bad and cause feet to be injured don't breed.
  15. probably set up gate nets n longnets, everyone knows collies are useless for catching ?
  16. I bet they were saluki bull not whippet bull.Indeed they where ?and i bet they were saluki grey X bull grey types?
  17. Droppers bud caught them with a tidy collie X first them gave them to her have to give the poor thing a chanceheard you broke a leg each before you dropped themNever knew that, get well soon wales1234???? Pup looks well mate
  18. Nice dogs. Also the show bred stuff has coursing lines right way through most of them and they have far better stamina than non ped ones. But you already knew that..
  19. ye, that whippets are small and usually small dogs do better in small fields lol
  20. I know MB very well and he would never tell a lie on a pedigree would he ?? LOL,s ask all those boys that bought the pit bulls years ago off him, I have been in the house whilst PEDs were made up, ghost litters, etc, the same with the famous SUNNY of Darren Gallagher, his dog is never a full whippet, anything over 21TTS has something else other than whippet in its make up,probably a small greyhound been bred down, Gamerooster I totally agree with you and I used to attend those Whippet coursing meets, WMsunny, I was under impression he was small as hell for a dog whippet being about 18? And that
  21. I'd get something with 23" whippet blood in there.....
