Wifey and I went to a farm shop, they have there own heard of organic Tamworth pigs. We bought a boned rolled shoulder. Joint effort cooking tonight I did the Pork and the gravy Wifey did the rest.
That meat tasted amazing.

It's the texture of liver and other offal thats the problem, no grain to the meat. Love black pudding and sausages and I don't care if they are made from ass holes and eyeballs as long as the taste good.

Well I'll stand by them. beans not wood or stringy. They are a stringless variety but I do still string them. If in any doubt I just snap them. The other thing I use a bean slicer you can tell straight away if you pass them through one of them.

Now Liver I love the smell of it cooking especially with the onions. Its the texture I find very strange and cant handle.
I don't like the texture of kidneys, heart or tongue as well.

Is your phone in a case mate. Try cleaning mic ports with an old tooth brush.
Although mine iPhone picks up fine with Merlin with the case on but I have taken the phone out of the case when some people say they cant hear me very well. They always say it better without the case.
