I get that he was carrying legally. But that alone will escalate everything. Even when one weapon has been removed.

I only know what I’ve seen on the videos.  It looked messy but by no means a clean case.

Yes mate he has been checked out thoroughly 100% legal I guess someone had an itchy trigger finger and that was the signal for the other 9 shots.
