Yep  I knew it was plantar I just wanted mc to have few more days of pain

I had that plantar a while back, changed wellies a that helped it, but cut out carbs an it disappears within coulke daye, never been back since even tho I eat odd carbs still now an again

Not blisters mate lol think its tendon or ligaments In My Heel but my other leg aches cramps up  doing all the work while the others limping doing my f***ing head in

Down to him sat on his arse in curry houses and smoking too much weed over the pond. Any c**t can drive to some land let dogs hunt up as he says do what they want then call them back to the van or car. Dogs need walking on hard surfaces  trotting at a decent pace on the pavement. Then let them pick up the pace when nearly home. Few more weeks of rain it will be right for dogs to run. It's coming off the top near me now the water.
