Injury's , don't let blisters stop ya mac . Burnt me whole hand on pan of water few days ago . Wrap it up and carry on , nearly went out the night I done it just to let the cold air on it . Agony came to mind and I use that arm for the lamp and thermal . Right ball ache

Rough in that mate serious pain 

 

Not blisters mate lol think its tendon or ligaments In My Heel but my other leg aches cramps up  doing all the work while the others limping doing my f***ing head in

I bet its plantar fasciitis you have mate. Rolling a tennis ball about under your foot when sat down can help it mate. Also stand on the stairs with your toes on the edge of a step and drop heals down. Basicially go up.amd down on your toes, it will hurt but it will stretch the heel out.
