Has Nigel lost his f***ing mind!? The tanker had a warship escorting it! Which realistically means we’d have had to Belgrano the c**t before commandos could go anywhere near the tanker. And there’s rumours the tankers have armed PMCs onboard so we’d have to expect boarding would be resisted heavily. Even a coked up Hegseth wouldn’t fancy that.

Where does it stop though. Starmer would sell the UK to Russia if it furthered his EU ambitions, torpedo the warship take the tanker .

By the looks of him eating after eights at half passed seven would be sinister.

Farage has said Reform are 100% against digital ID and would scrap it if implemented and Reform formed the next government. As for councillors, they are taking sitting Tory councillors and winnin

I’d say it’s all just opinion and nothing more the shit farage went through for brexit and the shit he’s receiving for starting a bit of a political earthquake aren’t the actions of a man looking to r

To be fair , I think Farage was reacting to the fact that a couple of weeks ago Starmer announced on TV that he had given permission for the boarding of “ghost tankers” , then the moment one appears in our waters , Starmer countermands that order and says it would be illegal to do it.

Cheers.

Fair, in that case I agree but given the most recent one that passed through he might’ve clarified!

Starmer is an absolute disaster. I’m not challenging that. I just think it’s easy for farage to throw stones like our military isn’t a f***ing skeleton of what it used to be back when we might’ve had the balls for this stuff.

It’s just my take on it mate 👍

When Starmer said we would board them , I said to friends it would never happen, sure enough he now says it would be illegal .

Cheers.

A mate told me when we had the embarrassment of taking an age to ready a ship for Cyprus that the government chose the wrong ship and that there was one ready to go but they had the wrong info, beggars belief, maybe untrue , but says something if it's any doubt

I may be completely wrong here, but I’m sure someone will correct me 😂but I though it was Duncan that was originally going to be deployed to the Med but it was on trials or on its way to a curtesy visit some where and Dragon was heading north so the MOD changed course, literally, and redeployed it to the Med instead.
It’s all been a bit of a farce anyway, as it’s not on station yet and it’s laid up again, with “water issues”.

The Type 45 has problems with it’s propulsion system overheating in warm waters and cutting out and the diesel stand by generators arent powerfull enough to take over full load so are being replaced on all six of them, and that entails, apparently, cutting a hole in the side of the hull to access them !

Not very confidence inspiring 😂

Cheers.

Not sure about that one. It’s fairly well documented what the status and availability of our fleet is. This job requires one of the T-45s really and at the time there was only two really available, the other one needing to go into maintenance before deploying later this year. I’d argue that an Army sky Sabre system could’ve been deployed much more quickly and provide similar protection though. No idea why that wasn’t done.

HMS Dragon was earmarked to become the flagship of Standing NATO Maritime Group One, but her maintenance period has been expedited and she is being taken out of dry dock and will begin loading munitions today. Dragon is expected to sail early next week. She completed FOST in December but has not been to sea since and will need to conduct a brief workup while in transit.

HMS Duncan is available but is earmarked to join HMS Prince of Wales and the carrier strike group on Operation FIRECREST. However, she has some defects that need addressing and is due for a short maintenance period.

Oh how the mighty have fallen, if we have to sink into oblivion I'd rather we did it whilst we have a somewhat native population. After three terms of a hopeless conservative government I'd not imagined how much worse it could be, then I took hope from the fact it might expedite change , and now I badly want reform to take power , failing that restore if they can form a political party capable of governing , and failing that, civil war. As if there's no hope of escaping the drive towards Brussels , or the replacement of British peoples , pip, net zero, housing shortage, food banks, fuel costs, tax hikes, potholes, child grooming gangs, weak defense , open borders , free for all from the international benefit scam, water companies, woke education, half the population incapable of control kids or social media....then I'd rather ship my lot off to new beginnings .

It's all bollocks!

What we have is a system, a system of power. The system of power will continue to act regardless of the leader, Farage,  Lowe,  Starmer ect are all system players they can be manipulated and controlled. It's how power functions in the system that matters, until we universally get our heads around this we are fukt.

Don't ask me how lol

Only 1 way, look at the history of GB and what our ancestors done when they had enough and follow their lead, revolution/civil unrest/war and heads on pykes on tower bridge of those that have gone rogue against us, set the example again
