Half the country think they are cute fur babies, that should be 'put off' being in a garden, eating produce or feeding at bird tables. And the ways to prevent them are just mental. Planting certain plants and playing radios etc and if that doesn't work, grow more crops, so the rats can have a share. Quote Link to post

Bosun11 537
The bellends that live nextdoor to me are oblivious to rodents. Moved into open countryside, without a scooby about how it works. Trampy cnuts, they feed the birds fat balls, and dispite my protests about rats coming into my garden, they don't mind them, as 'they are all part of the countryside'. Every year they are plagued with mice in the house, and told us a 'funny' story of how the mice keep them up at night, rustling in the empty crisp packets on the bedroom floor..! So I live with permanent Fenn traps in the garden, and mouse traps in the house. Though to be honest, dispite next-door, I'd have them set anyway. Quote Link to post
