Can anyone recommend any science based functional strength workouts?

I'm not after a bro-spilt with arm Monday's, I want a workout which increases functional strength, mobility & longevity.

Cheers mate but that's just like a full body workout, I'm talking workouts that include squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press, but with more functional based exercises like farmers walk, sled push, grip strength, core, stability, mobility movements.
