Imho, we are missing a trick with nationalism in Britain.

We already have accepted mainstream nationalism in Wales and Scotland, those party’s are in power ! 
However there is a toxic narrative around English nationalism…..so, instead of keep trying to be the blunt instrument we should be tapping into the nationalism that already exists and is accepted by selling a brand of British nationalism.

The nationalist mindset exists, people vote for it in Wales and Scotland….so these minds are open to that message of you are careful about how you deliver it.

Yeah civic nationalism is a bit of a cop out imo , I'm not a great fan of ethno nationalism either,  something in the middle for me , I have no problem with skilled people being here, just not every man and his 12 dogs lol.

Skilled people is fine,it’s when the parents etc get visas as dependants,they get super-visas here,there’s an Indian woman here going to sue air-Canada as she brought her 84 year old father from India “For a new life” he died on the plane on the way over,as you said,every man and his 12 dogs.

Agreed mate which is why it's important we find some unity and get behind and push people to the top who are going to address such issues and implement sensible policies, its the moderates that need catering for in such a way they can get on board.

The way the uk is heading some of these corrupt mps will end up on a 1 way ticket to permanent retirement. I think and hope the silent majority start pushing back against all this self ruin, woke attitude

Lads, I hear you and I’d be an ethnic nationalist at my core, but I think we have to realise the position we are in and what we have to work with and I’m afraid the ethnic nationalism dog just won’t hunt at this moment in time……I also understand that the SNP, Plaid are socialist (Marxist) at their core much like Sinn Fien…..but there has to be a way to tap into the nationalistic voters of those partys because mentally, they are most of the way there ? 
 

I mentioned a Trojan horse approach and that has to be the way, there is no room for ethnic nationalism until you have established the space for civic nationalism imho……you have to be in a position to promote our own before you can actually do it. 
 

We can’t talk about what should be done when we get there if we can’t even get there……we have to be able to crawl before we can run.

Give them a clean, legal thing that they feel safe to embrace and they will…….nobody is voting for head bangers in case people find out and label them a head banger too.
