That crumble was that nice yesterday I've made myself one. But I've put ground almonds in mine. Just a little icing sugar on top for abit of sweetness.. lol. And big old chunks a like chunks in my crumble.

Had my lad doing some light weights in back garden some curls with dumbbells few forearm twists with the 15kg dumbbells. then a little work out with kettle bell. Told him with boxing you don't want to be putting too much muscle on. The physical side of training your doing at the gym for thia boxing is enough. But he wants to do abit of weight. f***ing biceps on the c**t for 15 lol

That's with no weights just hard work in the thia gym he goes to. Just shows you don't need weights. I've told him this but he said dad a want to put abit more muscle on. Am thinking f**k me some 15 year olds would wish to have biceps like that lol.
