I’ve got wankers elbow, good job I’m ambidextrous

Tried it all from injections, acupuncture ,ultra sound, ice packs ect .... in the end the arm band worked best for me

Just ordered a brace off Amazon...see how it goes.

@FOXHUNTER you shot about 500 pigeons last week or so surely that couldn’t have helped it sounds horrible let’s hope you sort it.

The thing is when you are having a good day shooting you dont notice it as much , my legs and shoulders hurt more ?

It's when you have to lift something it's at its worst , trying to skin that roe the other day was a nightmare.

I had tennis elbow from DIY and dragging deer, it took about 7–8 months to settle. Rest from heavy gripping, a counterforce strap, and eccentric wrist extensions with a light dumbbell twice daily made the difference. Ice after use helped. I switched mouse hands and added thicker grips on tools. I tried one steroid shot, it eased things for a few weeks, but physio and gradual loading fixed it longer term. When it flared, I took a weekend off and watched Wimbledon, grabbed seats via https://www.seatpin.com/wimbledon-tickets. It’s a resale site so prices vary, but the order guarantee helped.
