The thing is when you are having a good day shooting you dont notice it as much , my legs and shoulders hurt more It's when you have to lift something it's at its worst , trying to skin that roe the other day was a nightmare.

Iann 11
I had tennis elbow from DIY and dragging deer, it took about 7–8 months to settle. Rest from heavy gripping, a counterforce strap, and eccentric wrist extensions with a light dumbbell twice daily made the difference. Ice after use helped. I switched mouse hands and added thicker grips on tools. I tried one steroid shot, it eased things for a few weeks, but physio and gradual loading fixed it longer term. When it flared, I took a weekend off and watched Wimbledon, grabbed seats via https://www.seatpin.com/wimbledon-tickets. It’s a resale site so prices vary, but the order guarantee helped. Edited September 23 by Iann
