Got a few pictures of otter on a trail cam of mine , nice animals can ruin a fishery rather quickly mind

I think your FEO is wrong , as I understand it all birds and animals are protected under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 unless they are a game species which have seasons or a pest species cover

Diane Abbott ? she has history of being bad with numbers ?

Mate of mine has just lost all his chickens to one. I'm picking him up a roll of electric wire tomorrow to go round his pen

Ask your feo mate .Mines more of a personal friend than in an official capacity .

His thinking is if it dosnt exist here officially how can you be prosecuted for it .I’d stick by it anyway .

So if an animal isn’t here or meant to be here mate .How can it be covered by any act lol.The only act in force here would be the care and welfare of any animal .If you baited said creature then you’d be done under that act .Humanely killing one would bear no consequence at all providing you had good reason or it was injured .

Any problem would be around owning the body thereafter .
