No matter what you think, a man can’t be a woman in the legal gender or sex sense (or vice versa), even if you chop off ya cock. Just crack on with your lives. Discrimination laws that protect religion, homosexuality, minorities etc still apply. Just now you can’t force yourself into women's changing rooms, prisons or any other gender separate spaces anymore and cry havoc when a woman complains! THE STIFFMEISTER 16,648 Posted April 16 Report Share Posted April 16 Many years ago when I was about 18 , I trained at a gym over the summer that was cutting edge for its time , but that time unfortunately was 1935 , it was a proper dump , riddled with asbestos , but was the best gym around with proper trainers , not the useless type you see today . Their circuit classes were the hardest thing I’ve ever experienced in paid for fitness and brutal , they stopped when you finished . Proper old school lifts, concrete block carry’s , shuttle runs , stair sprints , horrific , many’s the time I spewed in my mouth . It was extremely popular with female clientele , day time and evening sessions . So to get to the point , it had one changing room . A big open bench and hooks type place . There was women there , men in there and it was just a grown up attitude to it all . If the birds were getting dressed , you looked away , if a geezer was you just wrapped a towel . Telling each other “ right I’m getting changed “ because it was a proper place with serious people wanting to get fit for sporting reasons , there was an attitude of “ just get on with it , it’s a pair of tits in a bra , how old are you!” something that is lacking these days . 6 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

In that scenario absolutely no problem amongst consenting adults… But a nurse wanting to get changed in a hospital or at the local swimming baths hasn’t agreed to that nor should they be forced to. When I did Judo we had separate changing rooms. Yet we’d be on the mat training with each other and jackets would open, belts come loose etc some girls wore t-shirts, others just wore a sports type bra. Never a problem. But these were young girls between 8-18 so why shouldn’t they have a separate area for them to be comfortable. Yeah I get the safeguarding aspect mate , I really do , but the place I went to was for proper sporting people used to the need to get changed etc .
