Greyman 31,045
Tell him to appear in court in person not by post dress like a div and act as remorfull as possible with a letter from you saying if he looses his licence he will loose his job and he might be alright most people don’t want the hassle of going to court and just plead by post which is what they want your a faceless figure and they,ll screw you over for maximum profit I always appear in person and I often walk away with nothing because the magistrate is usually an idiot that don’t understand the law they are guided by the clerk of the court who is usually a bit more savvy
chartpolski 27,327
Just by watching "Police Interceptors", I doubt very much he'll get time. They do far worse on there and suspended sentence seems the worst they get, with a fine and a ban. Cheers.
