I think most of it is a load of bollocks, unless you're deficient of something you likely get enough in your diet.

What have I consumed today chaps, this morning fer.breakfast, three pork sausages, two eggs , tin chopped tomatoes, I like em chopped  , I've only got the one tooth, 🤓 fried bread, , n beans,     lunch,  4 lamb chops, spuds , veg, gravy, followed by some ice cream, tea time tagliatelle, wi some chicken , bit more ice cream,    and a butty fer dipping up, I'm.just about stick a pastie in microwave washed down we a drop of beer, eh,  nowt wrong wi that diet,   I'm.still standing 🤓

Iv read about this for years,but il stick it up here to give Seagull something to do.

Warburg got a Nobel prize for discovering that tumour cells (cancer) uses a very high amount of glucose for growth,which leaves the cell in a very acidic state.

Apparently they don't know why it does this even tho Warburg discovered this over hundred years ago.

So why are cancer patients not put on a diet limiting glucose,ie low carbohydrate?

No there told that sugars fine,no need to change diet,why do we think this is?

The common feature of this altered metabolism is increased glucose uptake and fermentation of glucose to lactate. This phenomenon is observed even in the presence of completely functioning mitochondria and together is known as the Warburg Effect. I fancy something for joint health because of the bones I've smashed and all the drystone walling and mole trapping in artic conditions I did in the past. 

So far I've picked up some dissolvable vitamin D tablets and I'm having manuka honey on fruit and Greek yogurt as a breakfast option. Lemon and ginger green tea with added vitamin C before bed. Oh and caffeine shampoo on my bald spot ?

So you want a natural healthy diet and the first thing you talk about wanting  is man made vitamins lol ffs dido I'd expect this of some but not you mate lol

That was 4 year ago mate he’s back on the Maccy D diet now

glucose is a fake energy for the body, if your on low carb diet you’ll be burning fat in your body as fuel which is as nutural as it gets.

using fat for energy gives you a lot more battery in the tank it ain’t rocket science every thing mainstream is near enough a lie
