Stavross 17,898
We’ve decided to ignore the plans and put in bigger foundations there’s a chance the owner is going to submit planning to convert the new shed into two houses in a couple of years time, they wouldn’t let him do it with the old shed because it would be classed as a new build not a conversion, there’s more than one way to skin a planning officer 3
Stavross 17,898
Lot of hand digging on this job, I suppose it’s good practice for the under pinning job I’ve just been offered, quick workout this morning and the foundation is coming to around 36 cube give or take a couple, so it will be a busy day tomorrow getting all that in along with the foot plates for the steels
