few stone over me normal weight katchum legs ankles swelled abit aswell but alot is water from medication they had me on just been liver kidneys to be checked all good so they will hopefully be sorting out some duretics ill be back fit for this next season i cant facking wait ill get back doing 20 miles lol  with pups over spring summer need to be able to run a mile to get them with there kill

blood was clotting mate caused one artery to fully block didnt need any stent or anything all the others were clear no plague or fat build up no narrrowing  once they have cleared the blockage heart back pumpig again now no disease or out very lucky
