On my way to work this morning in my brand new 21 plate Volkswagen Caddy that's done less the 500 miles and this happened.

That's two shunts in the space of 4 months, my neck, my back, my neck and my back.

I'll need a permanent neck brace by the end of the year.

There's some screwdrivers on the roads, nightmare.

They all come out after about 7:30, then the roads are full of dickheads all day long.

They drive way too close, don't give any thought to the fact that they can't see what's going on in front of you and, eventually one will be retarded enough to drive into the back of you.

At least it fucks their day up worse than yours as they're 100% at fault.

Tbf it was the usual situation on a motorway, the concertina effect.

Cars at the front of the back start braking and towards back of the pack you are almost coming to a stop, I had to brake firmly but the lad behind obviously wasn't taking enough care and paying attention.

Felt sorry for the young lad I did, he was shaking like a leaf bless him when we were exchanging details.

Whiplash is kicking in now. ?

Fair enough

Not telling you how to suck eggs but, try to relax for a bit - that pain could get worse over the next few hours.

.......... Hopefully there's no real damage.

I slapped him on the back and thanked him.

No, I felt sorry for him tbh as I was clearly shook up, hopefully it's taught him a lesson.
